  • Can I cancel or amend my order?
    Once you’ve placed an order, we’re unable to cancel or amend it; however, items can be returned for a full refund. We will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and when accompanied by an original Nomad returns form. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered.
  • How do I exchange an item?
    t the moment, we don’t offer exchange policy. However, you can return the item after its arrivals and order other item that you are interested in. We will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and when accompanied by an original Nomad returns form. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. You can return it to our Distribution Centre within 28 days from the date of purchasing as instruction following: 1. Complete the returns form to make sure to enter the most appropriate reason for the return. 2. Repack the items for return in their original packaging, together with the completed returns note. 3. Send it to us by one of three services: Collect+, Hermes ParcelShop or Royal Mail. In the event you no longer have your returns note, Nomad is happy for you to enclose with your items a printed copy of your despatch confirmation email or a written note of the order number, as we will require this to process the return once received at our distribution centre. It can take up to 14 days for a return to be processed once we have received your parcel should you choose to send it back to us via any of the three services. *No items may be returned if they are purchased on Black Friday, Boxing Day or Cyber Monday.

  • Can I enter more than one promotion codes?
    You are only able to enter one promotion code, if you enter two, we will take the last valid promotion code you entered.
  • Where is my order?
    When your order is despatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our carrier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery. You can track your order by following these steps: 1. Click on the My Account tab at the top right of the page 2. Sign in 3. Select the ‘My orders’ tab 4. Select ‘View order’ 5. Click ‘Track order’ You will now be able to see the order’s current status and full tracking history.
  • What if in my parcel, there is a faulty item or missing item?"
    We’re sorry to hear you’re having problems with your order. If you feel an item you received within the last 6 months has become faulty, please return it to our Distribution Centre within 28 days from the date of purchasing as instruction following: 1. Complete the returns form to make sure to enter the most appropriate reason for the return. 2. Repack the items for return in their original packaging, together with the completed returns note. 3. Send it to us by one of three services: Collect+, Hermes ParcelShop or Royal Mail. In the event you no longer have your returns note, Nomad is happy for you to enclose with your items a printed copy of your despatch confirmation email or a written note of the order number, as we will require this to process the return once received at our distribution centre. If you make your purchase with a debit or credit card, you will see your refund within 5-10 business days from the processing date. However it could take up to 10 days for your refund to reach your banking institution.
