SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery

**Bank holidays are not considered working days.

Click & Collect

***Nomad works with Collect+ and Hermes so you can have your order delivered to any one of their local convenience stores. Pick the delivery location that’s most convenient for you, choosing either Standard or Express Click & Collect (selected stores only).

Collect+
We will confirm the expected deliver date at check out when you place your order and your order will be available to collect from 5pm on the date of delivery. You will be notified by your account e-mail address when your order is ready for collection. You will have 10 days to collect your parcel and will need the code and proof of ID (see below). 


Hermes ParcelShop
A valid UK mobile number must be provided when placing your order to receive notification that it is ready to collect from your chosen store. We will confirm the expected delivery date at checkout when you place your order and you will be notified via e-mail when your order arrives and is available for you to collect.

Order tracking 
When your order is despatched from our Distribution Centre, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our carrier’s website to tell you the current status of your delivery. Alternatively you can track parcels within My Account.

 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We hope you’re happy with your Nomad purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and when accompanied by an original Nomad returns form. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered.  If you do need to change anything you’ll find everything you need to know about returns and refunds below.


Returns
If you purchased your item through our website or mobile app you have 28 days from date of receipt of your order to return the items to our distribution centre. You can return your order for FREE via Collect+, Hermes ParcelShop or Royal Mail.
To make a return using these services, simply complete the returns form to make sure to enter the most appropriate reason for the return, securely repack the items for return in their original packaging, together with the completed returns note.
In the event you no longer have your returns note, Nomad is happy for you to enclose with your items a printed copy of your despatch confirmation email or a written note of the order number, as we will require this to process the return once received at our distribution centre.
It can take up to 14 days for a return to be processed once we have received your parcel should you choose to send it back to us via any of the three services.
*No items may be returned if they are purchased on Black Friday, Boxing Day or Cyber Monday.


Refunds
If you make your purchase with a debit or credit card, you will see your refund within 5-10 business days from the processing date. However it could take up to 10 days for your refund to reach your banking institution.
